Albanian SPAK Seeks Jail for Ex-Road Authority Head in Corruption Case

Albania's Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK) has presented its claims in a corruption case, seeking 10 years in prison for former Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH) head Ervis Berberi and the confiscation of his assets. SPAK has requested prison sentences for only four of the defendants involved in the alleged corruption, abuse of office, and tender irregularities.
