Philippine Police Vow Action Against Attackers of Officers During Labor Day Protest
The Philippine National Police (PNP) has pledged to pursue legal action against individuals who physically assaulted law enforcement officers during Labor Day demonstrations in Manila on May 1. PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. stated the police would seek maximum legal action.
