The Lithuanian Supreme Administrative Court has reviewed the "Nemuno aušros" case concerning car rentals from the party's leader and another member, with the party's lawyer arguing that the Central Electoral Commission overstepped its role.

Lietuvos vyriausiasis administracinis teismas (LVAT) trečiadienį išnagrinėjo „Nemuno aušros“ bylą dėl automobilių nuomos iš partijos lyderio Remigijaus Žemaitaičio ir „aušrietės“ Daivos Petkevičienės. Partijai atstovaujantis advokatas Vaidotas Sviderskis tvirtino, kad Vyriausioji rinkimų komisija (VRK), nusprendusi, jog „Nemuno aušra“ padarė šiurkštų finansinį pažeidimą, galėjo išeiti už savo kompetencijos ribų.
