Coimbra's Quinta das Bicas Housing Project Begins Relocating Residents

The Quinta das Bicas project in Coimbra, the largest social housing initiative funded by the PRR in Portugal, has begun relocating its first tenants, with 298 people moving into new T1 and T2 homes.
