Utrecht Removes Over 100 Trees to Protect Drinking Water Reservoir
The municipality of Utrecht is felling more than a hundred trees this week due to the risk they pose to a drinking water reservoir. Cracks in the reservoir led to a bacterial contamination in November, prompting the tree removal.
