State and Operators Cooperation Key to Regulating Gambling Market in Montenegro

At the second meeting of the Balkan Federation of Games of Chance, it was concluded that only joint action between the state and operators can yield concrete results in controlling risks, protecting players, and eliminating illegal operators in Montenegro.
