Portuguese University Students Request Postponement of New Scholarship Model

Representatives of higher education students in Portugal have asked Education Minister Fernando Alexandre to quickly make a definitive decision and postpone the implementation of the new scholarship model, believing the minister has learned from past national exam issues.
