Feasibility of Reducing Slovenia's Public Sector Workforce

The article examines the practicality of downsizing the state apparatus in Slovenia, pointing out that public sector employment has grown by 30 percent over the past two decades, while the economy has seen only a little over a ten percent increase. It questions the realism of such a reduction.
