Azerbaijan Considers Full Withdrawal from Council of Europe

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev announced that his country is considering a complete withdrawal from the 46-member Council of Europe after its voting rights in the Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) were suspended in 2024.
