Kumamoto Earthquake 10-Year Anniversary Marked by First Joint Memorial

Ten years after the Kumamoto earthquake, which claimed 278 lives, a joint memorial service is being held for the first time by the prefecture and all municipalities to preserve memories and lessons learned, as infrastructure recovery continues.
