Serbia and BiH Excluded From Latest EU Western Balkans Growth Plan Funds

Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina were notably absent from the current round of disbursements for the EU's Growth Plan funds for the Western Balkans. Other countries in the region received their allocated funds.
