LDP and Ishin Jointly Submit Bill to Cut 45 Proportional Representation Seats in House of Representatives

The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and Nippon Ishin no Kai (Japan Innovation Party) have jointly submitted a bill to the Diet that would reduce 45 proportional representation seats in the House of Representatives if no conclusion is reached within a year.
