Evacuation Order Issued in Yokote City, Akita Due to Heavy Rain and Landslide Risk

Yokote City in Akita Prefecture, Japan, issued an evacuation order for 1,479 residents across 686 households due to heavy rain and the risk of sediment disasters. Two evacuation centers have been opened in response to Level 4 warnings.
