Former Marijampolė Council Member Convicted in 'Receipts' Case

The Lithuanian Court of Appeal found former long-time Marijampolė council member Vaida Giraitytė-Juškevičienė guilty of abuse of power, fraud, and document forgery. She had previously been acquitted in the 'receipts' case.
