CHAMPAIGN — Schlarman Academy senior Charles Medlin is going back to the IHSA state meet and he is doing it in record fashion. Medlin set a pool record and meet record in the 100 yard freestyle at an IHSA sectional at Champaign Centennial on Saturday with a time of 45.31.
