CJEU Advocate General Questions Polish Supreme Court's Independence
The Advocate General of the European Court of Justice, Tamara Ćapeta, has suggested the court might deem itself incompetent in a case regarding the composition of Poland's Supreme Court, but if it rules, it should find that a 'mixed' composition is not an independent court.
