Portuguese Police Arrest Man Suspected of Axe Attack in Alverca

Portuguese police (PSP) have arrested a man suspected of attacking a victim with an axe in Alverca. The victim was waiting for a friend when the assailant, without apparent motive, struck them on the shoulder with an axe.
