18 Indicted in Portugal for Driving Licenses Obtained with Fake Certificates

Eighteen individuals, including two doctors, two driving schools, and IMT intermediaries, are facing charges in court for their involvement in a scheme to issue approximately 3,000 driving licenses using fake medical certificates without proper consultations.
