Serbian Bird Protection Society Reports New Species and Unexpected Numbers in Winter Census
The Society for the Protection and Study of Birds of Serbia announced that its January bird census recorded a large number of cranes, pintails, black-necked grebes, common scoters, Eurasian bitterns, and marsh harriers, along with a newly identified species.
