'You're not young anymore': These two women in their 50s just raced at the Hyrox World Championships

They started functional training to age well, not become athletes. Yet working mothers Margaret Lim, 51, and Seah Seow Ping, 54, found themselves competing at the Hyrox World Championships in Stockholm in June. They hope their journey will inspire more women to rethink what’s possible in midlife.
