Latvian Consumer Watchdog Finds Deficiencies in Reduced VAT Application
Latvia's Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) has identified several deficiencies in how reduced VAT rates are being applied to four food product groups (eggs, milk, fresh poultry, and bread) following their introduction.
