Russia warns of potential attack on Kyiv at any moment

Russian security official Sergei Shoigu stated that Moscow is ready to launch an attack on Kyiv 'at any moment,' according to state media. The Russian Foreign Ministry also issued a threat of new 'systematic strikes' targeting 'central' areas.
