Switzerland to Pay Compensation to Victims of Ski Resort Fire
The lower house of the Swiss parliament has approved plans to pay a one-time compensation of 50,000 Swiss francs to survivors and grieving families of a tragic ski resort fire in Crans-Montana. The fire resulted in 41 deaths and 115 injuries.
