Austrian Advisory Board Recommends Restitution of Nazi-Confiscated Art

An art restitution advisory board in Austria has recommended the return of artworks, including a portrait from the Belvedere Gallery that was confiscated by the Gestapo, and pieces from the University of Vienna.
