Portuguese Navy Admits "Internal Failure" in Mondego Notification

The Portuguese Navy has acknowledged an "internal failure" in the notification process for military personnel from the ship Mondego. The Chief of Staff of the Navy assumes full responsibility for the error but denies any disrespect towards the court.
