Northern Pensioners to Challenge Pension Law at Constitutional Court
Representatives of pensioners from Bijelo Polje and Rožaje in northern Montenegro announced they will submit an initiative to the Constitutional Court to assess the constitutionality of provisions in the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, seeking equal treatment for all pension beneficiaries.
