Japanese Parties Agree to Deliberate Bill for New Disaster Prevention Agency
Japan's ruling and opposition parties have agreed to begin deliberation on a bill to establish a "Disaster Prevention Agency," which would serve as a command center for disaster countermeasures, in the House of Representatives on the 14th.
