War Experts: Russians Creating Conditions for Assault in Luhansk Direction
Ukrainian forces struck the Tuapse oil refinery, causing at least 10 reservoirs to burn, and attacked targets in Crimea, including an explosion at a fuel depot in Gvardeyskoye. Strikes continued in Sevastopol during the day.
