Residents Complain to Authorities About Mega-Urbanization Project in Lisbon

Residents of Artilharia Um in Lisbon have filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office and the European Commission against the Portuguese State, protesting the exemption of an Environmental Impact Assessment for a new urban development project by Novo Banco.
