Były prezes Orlenu Daniel Obajtek stawił się w prokuraturze i usłyszał zarzuty. Przed budynkiem w obronie europosła demonstrowali politycy PiS, między innymi Przemysław Czarnek i Antoni Macierewicz, ale także Waldemar Buda, członek stowarzyszenia Mateusza Morawieckiego. Obajtek przyznał, że jest "dumny" z zarzutów.
