Accused in DHL Arson Case Claims Ignorance of Terrorist Group Ties
Daniilas Jencius, one of the accused in the DHL incendiary parcel case, stated that while he understood his actions in Kaliningrad might be illegal, he was unaware he was acting on behalf of a terrorist group.
