Apollo Group Acquires Restoranas 12 and Caif Cafe

Estonian company Apollo Group has received approval from the Competition Council to acquire 100% of the shares of "Restoranai dvylika" and "CCF kavinės" (Restoranas 12 and Caif Cafe), taking sole control of the companies.
