Punjab man beats woman beggar with slipper, kicks her outside temple

Police booked a shopkeeper for assaulting a woman beggar outside a Kapurthala temple. The accused attacked the woman and her child with his slipper. He also kicked her after people intervened in the incident. The police are currently searching for the accused shopkeeper. Efforts are underway to locate the missing woman beggar and her child.
