Western Slovakia Braces for 38-Degree Heatwave, Highest Alert Issued
Western Slovakia is expected to experience extreme temperatures reaching up to 38 degrees Celsius on Thursday afternoon. The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMÚ) has issued the highest, third-degree warning for the entire Bratislava region and selected southern and western districts.
