Latvian NEPLP Chairman Resigns to Join Ministry of Culture
Ivars Āboliņš, the chairman of the National Electronic Mass Media Council (NEPLP) in Latvia, has announced his resignation from the council to become the parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of Culture.
