Meloni says to extend Mattei Plan to Congo, Rwanda, Gabon, and Zambia
(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 4 - Premier Giorgia Meloni said Wednesday that Italy's Mattei Plan for African development to stem emigration towards Europe will see four new members joining the 14 existing ones this year.
