Judge Dismisses Deportation Case of College Student Any Lucia Lopez Belloza

A judge has dismissed the case of college student Any Lucia Lopez Belloza, who was deported due to an ICE officer's mistake and later refused to board a flight back to the US after the Trump administration sought to deport her again.
