Kenya Halts Recruitment of Citizens for Russian Army
Kenya's government has reportedly pressured the Kremlin to stop recruiting Kenyans for the Russian army, following pressure from families. Over a thousand Kenyans had joined the Russian forces to fight in Ukraine, attracted by high salaries and recruitment bonuses.
