Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Serbia: Laws Exist, Implementation Lacking

Amendments to the Family Law in Serbia are expected to bring only gradual, superficial changes to the position of persons with disabilities, with concerns raised about the lack of effective implementation of existing laws.
