Collapsed Lender MFS Owner to Pay Lawyers from Frozen Account

Paresh Raja, the owner of the collapsed lender MFS, has been granted permission by administrators to use £3 million from his frozen account to pay his lawyers at Mishcon de Reya, as he defends against claims of misappropriating £1.3 billion.
