Faulty Screws and Brackets Found at Waterford Complex After Children's Balcony Fall

Investigators found 'failed' screws and brackets at a Waterford complex where two children, Jayden (3) and Nevaeh O’Neill (7), fell over six meters after a pane of glass on the balcony railing collapsed.
