Poland's IMGW Issues Frost Warnings, Advises Warm Clothing
The Polish Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) has issued new warnings for ground frost, advising people to dress warmly when leaving home in the evenings or mornings. Hats, scarves, and gloves are recommended.
