DCI Takes Over Probe into Kenya's Sh6.2 Billion Payroll Fraud

Kenya's Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has taken over the investigation into an alleged Sh6.2 billion state payroll fraud. The probe was handed over by the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, who had initiated an audit into the matter.
