Montenegro Postpones Business Training for Women in Military Amid Retention Concerns

Montenegro's Ministry of Economic Development has postponed business training for women in the Armed Forces (VCG) and Ministry of Defense (MO). The decision was made due to concerns that the training might lead to women leaving their service, at a time when retaining personnel is a challenge.
