TOC's Terry Xu Ordered to Pay S$154,000 in Defamation Case Costs

Terry Xu of The Online Citizen (TOC) has been ordered to pay over S$154,000 in costs and disbursements to ministers K Shanmugam and Tan See Leng, in addition to the S$420,000 previously awarded for defamation.
