Caretaker held for ‘rape’ of 3-year-old in Delhi school gets bail

A 57-year-old school caretaker, arrested for alleged sexual assault of a three-year-old, has been granted bail by a Dwarka court. The court noted that CCTV footage placed the accused away from the crime scene, and the child's medical examination revealed no injuries. Police had opposed bail, citing the seriousness of the Pocso Act charges.
