Latvian Defense Ministry Secretary Postpones Departure
Aivars Puriņš, State Secretary of the Latvian Ministry of Defense, will postpone his departure from the ministry until a new minister is confirmed, following discussions with the incoming minister-designate Raivis Melnis.
