Romania Renegotiates RRF Plan Amid Risk of Losing EU Funds

Romania is renegotiating its Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) plan to ensure the full absorption of EUR 4.9 billion in grants. The country faces a significant risk of losing EUR 15 billion in RRF funds if it fails to pass new legislation and complete planned investments.
