"Prince from Dubai" Arrested for Fuel Scam Across Europe
A 27-year-old man, known as the "Prince from Dubai," has been arrested in Poland for allegedly scamming drivers by offering fake valuable jewelry in exchange for money, claiming he needed fuel. Police believe he operated similarly in France and the Netherlands.
