Thailand's Finance Ministry Prepares Monthly Borrowing for Stimulus Program

Thailand's Finance Ministry is preparing to gradually borrow funds on a monthly basis to finance the 'Thais Help Thais Plus' stimulus program, as stated by finance permanent secretary Lavaron Sangsnit.
